Well I will answer that question for you, it means the server is "temporarily" (and I cannot exaggerate that enough) offline.... The server is reset regularly (I think its hourly but the point is that its reset regularly). Anyways, be patient and wait till it comes back. It is that or you did not install a "clean version" of the game (details in the above link) but anyways.... use search function.... and read.... stickies....
