I guess this is why I'm lagging so bad?

| Whenever I can't connect to the game, I usually check the website for details. I'm also checking the "Who's Online?" window.
I never see it empty whenever I get disconnected. It always says like [insert number here] people are on So, what I'm asking is, how come they can connect to the game easily and I can't?
I can connect, yeah, but like after 30 minutes of trying. If anyone is lagging, then how come whenever I get disconnected, it's taking me a very long time to connect back?
If I'm having a hard time connecting, shouldn't they be disconnected too and having the same problem on connecting, instead what I see is, they're still inside the server and playing the game while I'm having a hard time connecting. I guess this incident have something to do with the main server's host/location, etc? because since I noticed that most of the players playing are from Europe, the main host server or something must be from Europe too. Since I'm from the Eastern coast of the United States of America, I guess my ping is really bad. In this case, gives me the horrible lag that you guys don't get.

| I'm from Usa too, but I never get lag, unless server is lagging, everything goes smooth, so the problem is your dns/internet/internet connection.

| darrendota1, the website displays a delayed number - meaning, that number shown was correct 5-10 minutes ago. So sometimes, when we D/C, the website will say theres people still online. I, too, sometimes have problems logging in, but thats usually due to lag. If the server is lagging, i'll just get a message saying "Connecting... Please wait." and my internet activity doesn't show anything. At that point, I end FLYFF via task manager and try again. Thats why theres a "Start Game" button in the patcher's tray menu. Makes restarting the game easier :D. You seem to log on at the most inoppurtune times though, lol.
There is nothing we can do about this, unless we can upgrade or server - which, unfortunately, requires donations.
I know you guys hate that word "Donation", but realize we are just like you. WE IZ POORZ So yeah, the website "whos online" LIES!  hope that cleared it up. tl;dr Server lags makes it hard to log in.

| The website must be slower to people in different regions of the world i asume?
Seeing as when i login the donation login number goes up one, if i log it goes down,
i studdied it for like 10mins to see if it was picking me up, pwnage heh?

| im kinda having the same problem.. players are online and servers are up.. except i can login etc but when it comes to choosing the server the right column is blank >< for me
anyone have any ideas whats going on?? :: EDIT ::
ive been checking for the last 20minutes and its doing the same thing showing a blank column >.>

| just says flyforhero (300x) nothing in the right column i think i might have worked out my problem >< i patched v11 before i installed hero (does this make any difference not sure?)
